Crowdfunding for Community Projects: Barnet Together
If you live, work or study in Barnet you could get up to £5,000 to support your idea for improving your town centre, high street or local area. The council, working with partners Capita and Re, has put together a £50,000 pledge pot – the ‘Barnet Together Fund’ – to support crowdfunding in the borough.
This funding can help deliver a wide range of benefits, including environmental improvements, improved health and well-being and activities that animate public spaces and bring people together. Since launching last year, 20 new projects have been created with seven already delivered.
