Can Your Business Provide Work Experience Opportunities for Students?

West Lea School, a specialist school for young people with learning difficulties and Autism, is seeking work experience and volunteering opportunities for its Year 10 students from 17th – 28th June for 2 weeks.  The school is keen to match the skills and interests of students to opportunities in the Enfield borough and are looking to work with some local businesses to offer experience in an office environment.

Companies will need employers’ liability insurance, the school will complete a risk assessment and provide ‘in-work’ support, regularly monitoring students’ progress on placement.

If you are interested  in providing a work placement, please contact Employment Engagement Adviser, Jack Kelley on JKelley@westleaschool.co.uk  020 8887 1187  or 07458 137 050.
