Business management skills for the workforce

Do you want to develop the business management skills of your workforce?

Barnet and Southgate College offers part-time business management training programmes – just one day per Week. Their adult course offer comprises of higher education qualifications delivered in partnership with the University of Bolton, and includes:

  • Bsc Degree in Business Management
  • Foundation Fdc Degree in Events Management
  • Foundation Degree in Business (full time)
  • Foundation Degree in Business (part-time)

(Students would have access to HE Loans and the above programmes from £3995)

We also offer professional training, accredited by the awarding bodies below:

  • Human Resources Training Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD):
  • CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Management
  • CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources Management
  • Leadership and Management Training Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM)
  • Accountancy – Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

These programmes are delivered both full time and part time in the evenings to accommodate all learners including those in full-time employment.

They also deliver Apprenticeships for Leadership and Management and Human Resources – Level 3 to 6 including:

  • The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (Level 4, 5 & 6)
  • Human Resource Support / Partner / Consultant Apprenticeship (Level 3 & 5)
