Join the Great British Pitch – USA: on 8th September
Are you running a business in the food/drink/consumer goods/retail sectors? Interested in pitching your business to international buyers in the USA?
To help small business owners get to know more about exporting and the real opportunity it presents, Small Business Britain and Government’s Department of Business and Trade (DBT) launched the Great British Pitch campaign last year, and will be holding the Great British Pitch – USA in central London on Tuesday, 8th September 2026. The event will be a dedicated pitching day where approximately 50 UK small businesses will have the opportunity to pitch directly to buyers in the USA. Alongside the pitching slots, there will be expert talks, workshops, mentoring and a fantastic reception event.
If you are running a business in any of the sectors below, you’ll be offered the support you need to be ready to pitch, and will be joined on the day by export experts, there to offer their advice and to help get you match ready for your time to shine.

As well as having the chance to pitch your business across the world, via livestream to buyers specific to your industry niche, you’ll have chance to network with other small business owners, all keen to find exciting, new, global markets for their products and services.
