Are You Looking to Recruit? Introducing BOOST Recruit Employer Partnership
BOOST Recruit’s Employer Partnership offer is a no-upfront-cost recruitment model designed to help people into work, while also supporting employers in building inclusive teams. The service, which provides free employment support – including CV preparation, interview coaching and in-work guidance, in the last 12 months we successfully placed 388 individuals, with 85% remaining in work for at least three months.
Employers pay nothing on placement and only pay £750 after a candidate has remained in post for three months. The offer includes pre-screened candidates, ongoing support, a dedicated adviser, and proven retention outcomes. BOOST also aligns with ESG, CSR, and diversity goals, offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional recruitment channels.
Employers are invited to pilot the model, gaining priority access to candidates and enhanced support, while co-creating a service tailored to their business and community needs.
