Facing a huge employment crisis in the UK, we need a game-changing plan to create millions of sustainable jobs. Green jobs aren’t just about home insulation and renewable energy – they can be any work that provides a decent livelihood whilst supporting a low-carbon future, such as key worker jobs like teaching, health and social care. In this virtual event, we’ll hear panellists from local businesses, trade unions and policy experts about how we can tackle climate change while creating good and sustainable jobs.
