The Additional Restrictions Grant is now open to Enfield businesses who have not received Local Restrictions Support Grants.

If you are a supplier to the non-essential retail, hospitality, events or leisure sectors, find out how to apply on the Enfield Council Website.  Deadline 9th April 2021.

Enfield Council launches discretionary grant

Enfield businesses can now apply for help from the Additional Restrictions Discretionary Grant Fund (ARG) .The fund offers financial support to those affected by the current lockdown and have not been eligible for the Local Restrictions Support Grants.

The first phase of the ARG will focus on suppliers to the non-essential retail, hospitality, events or leisure sectors that pay business rates or commercial rent.

In addition, businesses that have been shut due to the lockdown but are not business rate payers, pay rent for a shared space and cannot access Local Restrictions Support Grants are being invited to apply.

Enfield Council is already developing the second phase of ARG which will include a broader pool of businesses who have not been able to get access to grants thus far. Further information on this will be shared soon.

If you are eligible for support from the ARG, you will need to apply for funding by 5pm on Friday, 9 April 2021.

Please note, Enfield Council is still making payments from and accepting applications to the Local Restrictions Support Grant. Any remaining eligible businesses that were forced to close but have not yet applied for financial support from this fund must do so by Wednesday, 31 March 2021.
