As part of a government initiative we will visit employers and carry out a training needs analysis
This examines the organisational aims and objectives against the existing capabilities of the workforce
This demand-led approach gives a much greater prominence to the needs of employers and individuals who are funding and planning their further education and skills training. In this way employers are more in control of the manner in which learning is delivered and employees feel their prospects are improved as a result of undertaking a course organised by their company on site
