NLCCE Networking & Guest Talk on the Productive Valley

Join us for this NLCCE Networking Event in partnership with Enterprise Enfield and the E-business Programme

We are delighted to welcome our guest speaker, Kumar Kathiramalai, Productive Valley Fund Officer at Haringey Council who will be speaking about the Productive Valley Fund – a £2.7 million flexible loan fund to support industry-led growth and enterprise in the Upper Lee Valley. Kumar will explain:

  • Why the fund was given for businesses operating or planning to relocate in the Upper Lea Valley Area.(in Haringey; Waltham Forest and Enfield)
  • The criteria to be met to qualify for the loan
  • What the loan can be used for
  • The generous terms of repayments i.e: the interest rate and holiday repayment.
  • The simple processes that the application will have to go through prior to approval
  • Successes so far
  • Q&A

Speaker Profile: Kumar Kathiramalai is a qualified Accountant who has been in his current position as Productive Valley Fund Officer at Haringey Council for the past 2 years. His former positions include: European Social Fund Project Manager at Waltham Forest Further Education College and Finance Manager at the Corporation of London, Spitalfields Market. He has led on several projects, including the refurbishment of Guildhall at the Corporation of London.
