Meridian Water: Updates & Opportunities
Meridian Water is a major £6bn, 25-year London regeneration programme led by Enfield Council, bringing 10,000 homes and 6,000 jobs to Enfield, north London, next door to the beautiful Lee Valley Regional Park.
Simon Gardner leads the regeneration element of the Meridian Water programme which is being delivered by Enfield Council. Simon is responsible for delivering 6,000 jobs, and £390 Million of social value, which is now part of every procurement that the programme undertakes. His talk will cover:

SEGRO is a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and a leading owner, manager and developer of modern warehouses and light industrial property. It owns or manages 9.6 million square metres of space (103 million square feet) valued at £18 billion serving customers from a wide range of industry sectors. Major retail and ecommerce customers for SEGRO include John Lewis, Amazon, Ocado and Yoox.
Bonnie Minshull, a Director within SEGRO, will be talking about what the company does, including their involvement with Netflix in North London, as well as many other aspects of working with businesses in the area.

Speaker Profiles:
Simon Gardner
As part of the Management Team Simon leads the regeneration element of the Meridian Water programme which is being delivered by Enfield Council. He has been with the Council for over 10 years but on the programme for the last three. Simon is responsible for delivering 6000 jobs, and £390 Million of social value, which is now part of every procurement that the programme undertakes. Simon has led on the Meanwhile activity at Meridian Water and has most recently led on the delivery of the Troubadour Studios development and the Building Bloqs redevelopment for the Council. Next projects include the delivery of the Meridian Water Skills Academy in September and the delivery of the Estate Management approach for Meridian Water
Bonnie Minshull
Bonnie Minshull is a Director within SEGRO’s Greater London business responsible for North, East and South London. She oversees the existing portfolio within this region as well as seeking new development opportunities to expand SEGRO’s holdings. With a market value of £7bn the Greater London business includes over 417 customers doing a wide range of extraordinary things. Bonnie is a Chartered Surveyor with almost 20 years’ real estate experience in the industrial and logistics markets.
