Carol Benton is a business communication expert, international speaker, author, content writer and workshop facilitator who helps organisations to win more business through effective communication.

Carol shares with her audience how to transform their communication from talking about products to articulating their business value.

She helps businesses get to the very heart of their message and communicate it in a way that engages their audience and helps to drive leads and sales.

Carol has developed her own signature communication methodology, called Connect, Convince, Convert. This is the foundation for her keynote speeches and the transformative work she does with clients. It’s also the title of her best-selling book.

Carol spent 30 years in corporate sales, marketing and leadership in technology powerhouses IBM and Toshiba and undertook sales, marketing and leadership training at The London Business School, The Macquarie Graduate School of Management and The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

She has a skill for ‘translation’ – taking an idea and communicating it in the most appropriate form for the audience – and a passion for helping organisations to harness the power of communication to elevate their business success.
