The Met Cyber Protect Cyber Escape Room is an interactive staff awareness exercise designed to help participants recognise common cyber threats and understand the simple steps that can prevent them from becoming victims of cyber crime. Working as a team, participants solve cyber-themed challenges and puzzles while learning about phishing, social engineering, password security and other online risks that affect organisations every day. The Cyber Protect Team provides advice, presentations and exercises to help organisations strengthen their resilience against cyber threats.
Alongside the Cyber Escape Room, the team offers a range of fully funded services at no cost to organisations. These include cyber awareness presentations, the Investing in Infrastructure exercise, a Lego-based decision-making game that demonstrates the importance of cyber security investment, and NCSC Exercise in a Box, which helps organisations test and improve their response to cyber incidents through realistic scenarios.
