Haringey and Enfield Age Well Programme

Haringey and Enfield Training Hubs are delighted to announce the launch of the Age Well Programme for the boroughs of Enfield and Haringey, a community-focused initiative designed to support residents aged 50 and above by promoting age-friendly environments through collaboration with local businesses, organisations and individuals, by enhancing wellbeing and inclusivity within the boroughs.

The Age Well Programme will be officially launched on Thursday 26th September and organisations and businesses across Enfield and Haringey are invited to participate and become Age Well Friends.

The Age Well Friends initiative invites local businesses and organisations to commit to supporting older adults within the community. By making small and meaningful changes, such as improving accessibility, promoting inclusion, and offering tailored services. Businesses can create a welcoming environment for colleagues and residents aged 50+. This initiative raises awareness about ageing related issues and actively contributes to creating an age friendly society. In return, businesses can attract a loyal customer base and strengthen their community presence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved, support the wellbeing of our ageing population and make a positive impact in your borough!
