MDXcel is a collaborative initiative from Middlesex University which offers businesses the opportunity to engage with smart, innovative minds – providing real solutions to business challenges. The benefits include:

Students can help in a range of areas providing a cost-free solution where there may not be in-house capability or expertise:
- Sales, marketing, advertising or PR strategy
- Social media campaign strategy
- Computing: developers, data science, engineering, networking, UX and user research
- Digital media, art and design, film, video, animation and graphics
- Business R&D
- Business development strategy
- Product design
Businesses are asked to provide a project brief (Project Scoping Document) and to commit to attending the following as a minimum:
- Project Briefing / Kick-off meeting
- Mid-project update from Project Team
- End of project presentations
